When you cannot pick up, QuickReply texts the caller straight back with a link. They tap it, tell you about the job on a quick web page, and the lead drops into your dashboard ready to go. A missed call stops meaning a lost job.

On iPhone there is one extra step: turn off Live Voicemail under Settings > Phone > Live Voicemail, or it catches the call before forwarding can reach QuickReply.
