How does the pricing work?
One plan, no per lead fees. Text back is $49 a month and covers the missed call texts, AI chat, quotes, invoices and payments. The only extra is a small fee on payments you take through QuickReply. AI Voice is coming soon at $89 a month.
What is the AI Voice Agent?
When you miss a call, the AI answers it or rings the customer straight back. It sounds like a real person, asks the right questions, gives ballpark prices from your own price guide, books the inspection and sends you the full lead the moment the call ends. It is coming soon and cannot be bought yet.
When am I billed?
Monthly from the day you subscribe: $49 for Text back. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you like.
Is there really no lock in?
Yes. No contracts, no setup fee, no exit fee. Cancel any time and you keep access until the period you paid for runs out.
Do I get a discount for paying yearly?
Pay annually and you get three months free: $441 a year for Text back. Switch between monthly and annual any time. AI Voice will be $801 a year when it launches.
Do I need a new phone or number?
No. QuickReply works with the number you already have. Missed calls forward to QuickReply and a reply goes straight back. Setup takes minutes from your phone.
What do I pay on quotes and invoices?
A 2% fee on payments taken through QuickReply, on top of standard Stripe card fees. That is the only charge beyond the monthly price.
How long does it take to get going?
Minutes. You sign up, forward your missed calls, and the first reply can go out the same day. No installer, no hardware, no waiting on a contract.
